Includes following:

** Access to facility day of event from 8 AM to midnight

** Use of Cabins for bridal party to get ready prior 

** Tables and Chairs for Up to 250 people

**Access to facility for 1 1/2 hour rehearsal prior to the wedding day for rehearsal

** Staff on hand to assist during your event

Includes following:

** everything from Package 1

** Catered meal, buffet style for up to 250 guests

** Photographer

** Facility decorated

** DJ for wedding

** Wedding Cake

This package allows you to build your own wedding by selecting from all the options listed.  Simply provide us with what you would like to be provided by us and we will give you a quote.

Notes:

* A shuttle will assist guest from parking to ceremony

* Alcohol is permitted but must be provided by Cedar Bluff caterers.

* You will be responsible for any damages incurred by you or your guests to our facility

* A face to face meeting will occur to create a specific contract detailing your event

* A $2000 deposit  due at signing of contract, balance due 60 days prior to wedding

* Specific services offered in “All inclusive” package will be discussed and agreed upon during face-to-face meeting

* Event insurance to be purchased by bride and groom and a copy of the policy given to Cedar Bluff Weddings and Retreats.
