



-A shuttle service will assist your guests from the parking area to the ceremony location for your convenience. Please note that while alcohol is permitted at your event, it must be provided through Cedar Bluff’s approved caterers. You will be responsible for any damages incurred by you or your guests to our facility during your event.
-We require a face-to-face meeting to create a specific contract detailing all aspects of your wedding day. A $2000 deposit is due at the signing of your contract, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to your wedding date. If you choose our “All Inclusive” package, the specific services included will be discussed and agreed upon during our face-to-face meeting.
-Event insurance must be purchased by the bride and groom, and a copy of the policy must be provided to Cedar Bluff Weddings and Retreats prior to your event.
